I trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy at the Quest Institute in Regent College, London, and underwent an examination externally validated by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the independent accrediting body, the NCFE. I am a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I am a fully qualified and insured practitioner and comply with the registered code of ethics and public protection policies.

My interest in people has been reflected throughout the activities I have been involved with throughout my professional life. I have been a teacher for several years, during that period I have probably learnt as much as I taught. Then my curiosity for new experiences pushed me to try new directions, it was a time for change in my life.

Practising meditation gave me the strength to face the unknown, and the lucidity to know that I would not have regretted it.

Moving to London opened up a whole new world of opportunities. I explored new environments, and got involved in several activities, including working in the entertainment world, theatre and movie industry, and at popular art galleries.

Meanwhile, I decided to go back to my old passion, Psychology, and study people and human behaviour scientifically (it's never too late!). I studied at the acclaimed Birkbeck College, University of London. The graduation day was one of the most important days of my life; thinking of all my sacrifices makes my achievement even more valuable to me!

Interest in people made the route to therapy a natural one. Whilst searching which type I should have gone for, Hypnotherapy found me !

I have always believed in the power of the mind - if you really want something, you can get it, you just have to get rid of limiting beliefs (e.g. "I'm not good enough", "I'm not worth it"), and I am here to help you achieve this.

I am a good listener and my sensitive and positive attitude encourages people to openly communicate with me. With Cognitive Hypnotherapy, I found I can help people to be happier in a relatively short period of time.

I have decided to give some more in-depth information about me and my experiences because I believe that this openness would help building trust between you and I, and this will be imperative for our successful work together.

If you decide to contact me, I can ensure you that I use the most effective techniques available and that I offer a professional, ethical and competent approach.
